If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply follow the steps listed below and return it to us in its original unused condition with merchandise tags still attached and free of any pet hair within 30 days of receipt and we'll be happy to give you a refund or merchandise exchange. Simply follow the steps listed below for a Return or Exchange.
- "Submit" a request for a Return Authorization number via our Contact Us page. Please select Return Authorization from the drop down menu and fill in all necessary fields. Please include your order number and the reason for the return/exchange. You will receive a Return Authorization number and a return ship address within 24 hours.
For exchanges only: "Print" the Return & Exchange Form and fill in all necessary fields including payment information (if applicable) for any additional costs of the new item.
"Ship" the merchandise in its original unused condition with merchandise tags still attached and free of any pet hair along with the Return & Exchange Form (if applicable).
- "Mark" your Return Authorization number on the box when shipping it back to The Pink Hotdog to ensure proper and prompt processing.
Please Note: Any items returned to us without a Return Authorization number cannot be processed.
For your protection, we suggest you send your return via UPS or by US Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes. We are not responsible for any returned packages lost in shipping. We do not accept COD returns.
We cannot honor refunds or exchanges for any merchandise that is sent back to us after 30 days, or has failed to meet the above requirements.
Shipping and Handling is non-refundable and "return shipping" is at the purchaser's expense. ("return shipping" includes reshipment of the new item as well as returning the item to The Pink Hotdog.)
Order add-ons will be charged the standard shipping and handling fees.
Sale and Clearance items are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Costumes including wedding apparel cannot be returned or exchanged.
Personalized items including items that are monogrammed or engraved cannot be returned or exchanged.
Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
Treats including all perishable items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Beds, Carriers and Blankets cannot be returned or exchanged due to standard health regulations. Please note the dimensions and weight limitations for each product, choosing the appropriate size for your pet carefully.
Items that have been worn or used in any way cannot be returned or exchanged. The Pink Hotdog reserves the right to determine if a product is in used or non-saleable condition.
If your purchase is damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We will send you a return label and have the shipper pick up the package from you. If the package appears damaged upon delivery, do not sign for the package and it will be returned to us. We will promptly send you an exchange.
If your package does not arrive upon estimated arrival time you must contact The Pink Hotdog within 30 days from shipping notification. The Pink Hotdog will not be held responsible for notifications or claims after that time.
Undeliverable packages due to your unavailability to accept package or inaccurate information provided by you will incur additional shipping charges for the item to be reshipped to you. We are not held responsible for customer typographical errors. If an item cannot be reshipped, a store credit will be issued for the balance, which is good for one year from the date of the original order. Shipping and handling is non-refundable.
