All in-stock items ship within 48 hours of receipt of your order.
Depending on the destination of the order, once the merchandise has shipped, please allow 5-7 business days for your package to arrive.
Special orders, custom ordered merchandise and international orders may take up to 4-6 weeks for delivery.
For your reference, each item on our site has an estimated delivery time noted to indicate expected delivery time. Please understand that we note the longest estimated delivery time for an item to be shipped to you, however, it may be available sooner.
Occasionally an item will be out of stock. In this case a Pink Hotdog customer service representative will contact you with a new estimated delivery time and an option to wait for the item. Backordered items are shipped as soon as available.
If you need your item in a hurry, please contact us for additional shipping rates and product availability.
All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS with delivery and signature confirmation. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship COD.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail notifying you of the shipment and tracking number of your package. You may use this tracking number to reference when you want to find status and estimated delivery time of your package at www.ups.com or www.usps.com.

Standard shipping and handling charges for most items shipped to any one of the 48 contiguous United States are determined according to the total cost of the order and are calculated upon checkout. Heavier and oversized items may incur additional charges (See below). Orders that are requested to be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico may incur additional shipping charges based on the package size and weight. We ship orders Priority mail via USPS or Ground via UPS. For additional shipping rates please see our chart above.
We will gladly dropship our wholesale items. In order to obtain this service, you must be an approved retailer of The Pink Hotdog.
Some our our larger items are shipped to you directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, items on the same order may not necessarily arrive in the same package.
Effective September 1, 1991, sales tax is collected on shipping or delivery charges billed and/or shipped to a New York State residence. The current tax rate is 8.125%.
Shipping and handling charges for beds and furniture may incur additional shipping charges due to the size and weight of the package. Please read product description to determine if any additional shipping charges apply. If so, any additional shipping charges will be calculated upon checkout.
If your purchase is damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We will send you a return label and have the shipper pick up the package from you. If the package appears damaged upon delivery, do not sign for the package and it will be returned to us. We will promptly send you an exchange.
If your package does not arrive upon estimated arrival time you must contact The Pink Hotdog within 30 days from shipping notification. The Pink Hotdog will not be held responsible for notifications or claims after that time.
Undeliverable packages due to your unavailability to accept package or inaccurate information provided by you will incur additional shipping charges for the item to be reshipped to you. We are not held responsible for customer typographical errors. If an item cannot be reshipped, a store credit will be issued for the balance, which is good for one year from the date of the original order. Shipping and handling is non-refundable.
